Power Features

CV80 Overview: Compact, low-pressure control valve with soft seat for bubble-tight shutoff.
Topworks: Non-adjustable design.
Applications: Ideal for burner valves or liquid metering with low back pressure requirements.
Operation:
- Requires supply pressure to the top of the diaphragm to stay closed.
- Valve opens when pressure is removed.
CV80-2 Feature: Includes a spring that keeps the valve closed up to 5 psi.
Both Models (CV80-1 & CV80-2):
- Seat-to-diaphragm ratio of 1:2.
- Actuators are fail-closed by design.
